Where are we holding the event?
The event is on the 10th August 2024, at the Hilton St Anne’s Manor Hotel
London Road, WOKINGHAM, RG40 1ST, UNITED KINGDOM
Entry to the main hall will start at 10am with the event closing at 12:00 midnight. Day tickets (£25) cover entry to the event and a lunch buffet (Sandwiches, hot food and chips).
For those staying over or who can stay late on the Saturday night there is also the option to join other commanders for an evening meal through the purchase of a dinner ticket.

The nearest stations are listed below.
Wokingham Station – 2.2 miles which takes approximately 4 minutes
Bracknell Station – 2.9 miles which takes approximately 7 minutes

Car/Van/Scooter
The Postcode for the hotel is RG40 1ST. The hotel has its own car park which is adjacent to the hotel, parking is free.
On the M4 head for Junction 10. Exit at junction 10 and turn right at the Coppid Beach Roundabout. The hotel is on the left hand side.
Plane
The nearest Airport is Heathrow which is about 25 miles east of the hotel. There are no direct train services, car rental is the best option for transfer. Exit the airport and take the M4 (West) then follow the instructions above for Car/Van/Scooter.
